1. Information We Collect

We collect account details such as your name, email address, phone number, authentication data, and workspace profile. You may provide business information, client and lead records, project details, tasks, financial records, uploaded logos, files, messages, and calendar data. We also collect technical information needed to operate the service, such as session identifiers, browser information, approximate usage activity, and error logs.

2. How We Use Information

• Provide, maintain, secure, and improve the workspace.
• Authenticate users and enforce workspace-level access controls.
• Display dashboards, CRM, project, finance, calendar, task, and communication features.
• Process subscriptions and payments through Razorpay.
• Send account, reminder, summary, subscription, and service emails through our email provider.
• Respond to support requests, prevent abuse, and diagnose technical problems.

3. Services and Sharing

We use service providers including Supabase for authentication, database, and storage; Razorpay for payment processing; Resend for transactional email; and Google APIs when you choose to connect Google Calendar. These providers receive only information needed to provide their service and must protect it under their applicable agreements. We do not sell your workspace data.

4. Your Workspace Content

You retain responsibility for the accuracy, legality, and permissions relating to information you upload. Do not store passwords, payment card numbers, or highly sensitive information in ordinary workspace fields. Client and team information should be added only when you have an appropriate legal basis and required permissions.

5. Security

We use authenticated sessions, server-side authorization checks, database access policies where configured, encrypted OAuth token storage, HTTPS transport, and restricted server credentials. No online service can guarantee absolute security. Report suspected unauthorized access promptly to hello@assanj.in.

6. Retention and Your Choices

We retain information while your account or workspace is active and as needed for legitimate business, legal, dispute, fraud-prevention, and payment-record purposes. You may request access, correction, export, or deletion of personal information by contacting us. Some records may need to be retained where required by law or to complete a transaction.

7. Cookies and Local Storage

Assanj uses essential cookies and browser storage for authentication, theme preferences, and usability settings. Disabling essential storage may prevent login or workspace features from working correctly.

8. Children and Changes

Assanj is intended for business users and is not directed to children. We may update this policy when the service or legal requirements change. The effective date above identifies the current version.
