Terms of Service

1. The Service

Assanj provides tools for business dashboards, CRM, projects, delivery, tasks, calendars, content planning, finance records, team coordination, client communication, files, notifications, and related integrations. Features may change as we improve the service. Assanj is an organizational tool and does not provide accounting, legal, tax, financial, or professional advice.

2. Accounts and Security

You must provide accurate information, keep your login credentials confidential, and promptly notify us of suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity performed through your account and for ensuring that people invited to your workspace have appropriate access.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

Plans are priced at ₹999 per month, ₹899 per month when purchased as a six-month package, and ₹799 per month when purchased as a twelve-month package. Package totals are ₹5,394 and ₹9,588 respectively. Prices, taxes, renewal terms, and any applicable offer are shown at checkout. Payments are processed by Razorpay. By selecting a recurring plan, you authorize applicable renewals until cancellation. Payment verification may be required before access is activated.

4. Cancellation and Access

You may request cancellation or contact support about billing at hello@assanj.in. Unless required by applicable law or expressly stated at checkout, payments are non-refundable after the applicable billing period begins. We may suspend access for non-payment, misuse, security risk, or violation of these Terms. We may provide a reasonable opportunity to resolve a violation where appropriate.

5. Your Content

You own or control the business content you submit. You grant us a limited license to host, process, display, back up, and transmit that content solely to operate and improve the service. You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed for the content, including client, employee, financial, and uploaded file information.

6. Acceptable Use

• Do not use the service for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or harmful activity.
• Do not attempt to bypass authentication, access another workspace, probe systems, or interfere with service availability.
• Do not upload malware, unlawful material, payment card data, or content that infringes another person’s rights.
• Do not use automated requests or integrations in a way that overloads or misuses the service.

7. Integrations and Third Parties

Optional integrations such as Google Calendar, Razorpay, Supabase, and email delivery are subject to their own terms and availability. We are not responsible for third-party outages, policy changes, or content handled outside our service.

8. Intellectual Property

Assanj’s software, branding, interface, documentation, and service materials belong to ASSANJ or its licensors. These Terms grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive right to use the service during an active subscription. You may not copy, resell, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit the service except as permitted by law.

9. Availability and Disclaimers

We work to keep Assanj reliable and fast, but the service is provided on an “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, perfect data accuracy, or that the service will meet every business requirement. Keep appropriate backups of important records.

10. Liability and Indemnity

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ASSANJ will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the service. You agree to defend and indemnify ASSANJ against claims resulting from your content, unlawful use, or breach of these Terms. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

11. Governing Terms and Changes

These Terms are governed by applicable laws of India, subject to any mandatory consumer protections. We may update these Terms by publishing a revised version with a new effective date. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
